Scrubs:Use the Absolutely Anything Essential scrub in the shower or bath or even at the sink, just make sure to apply to wet skin. Just scoop out a little into your hand or into your bath water(you can use the handy portioning spoon we included with your purchase using 1-5 scoops). Rub onto your wet skin. Scrub until you feel melting and then rinse off or soak in the tub water without scrubbing. What’s the difference between the body scrub, the facial scrub and the foot scrub? The facial scrubs are the gentlest exfoliate because they contain a lower concentration of sugar. They also contain more Vitamin E and grape seed oil. The body scrubs are more aggressive exfoliates and come in a wider variety of scents. The foot scrub is the most heavy-duty exfoliate and also contains the most serious moisturizer.

Oils:  Essential oils are potent gifts from nature that can often be more powerful than expected. Prevent misuse of these oils to ensure their maximum benefit. A carrier oil is a vegetable oil such as coconut oil or grapeseed oil. To perform a patch test, apply 1-2 drops of EO to a patch of skin such as the forearm. Observe that area of skin over the course of 1-2 hours for any noticeable reaction; usually reactions occur within 5-10 minutes. If discomfort or irritation occurs, stop using the EO. Never use water in an attempt to flush the oil off the skin, as this may increase discomfort. If a rash occurs this may be a sign of detoxification; drink adequate water to encourage the release and removal of body toxins.  We recommend that you avoid contact with EOs and sensitive areas such as eyes, ears, genitals and mucous membranes. Essential oils are very potent and powerful– start low and go slow.If you have a disease or medical condition, or if you are using a prescription medication, it is recommended that you consult with a health advisor who has experience with EOs prior to using an EO.

Diffusers: Think of a diffuser as a bouquet of flowers - you'll smell the fragrance as you walk by, but it won't necessarily fill the room with fragrance. Pick the right size diffuser for your room. Diffusers are just like candles - the larger the diffuser, the greater the fragrance so these will work well in big rooms. When you change the oil, change the reeds. Reeds get dusty and clogged over time and lose efficiency.

Remove the stopper and insert the reeds. When necessary, simply add a few more ounces of oil to the diffuser vessel to maintain the fragrance.of these oils to ensure their maximum benefit. A carrier oil is a vegetable oil such as coconut oil or grapeseed oil that can be used to dilute the essential oil. Use caution when inserting the reeds as sometimes the level of the fragrance oil can raise enough to spill out the top of the vessel. It always a good idea to set up a diffuser on a non-porous surface and clean any oil drips off the vessel before placing on a delicate counter top. Flip the reeds for more fragrance. You can flip a few reeds every few days or all the reeds everyday. Keep in mind the more reeds you flip and the more often you flip them, the faster the fragrance oil will evaporate.

DO NOT INGEST OILS.  DO NOT INGEST BODY SCRUBS. TEST BEFORE USING PRODUCTS. DO NOT LIGHT REEDS OR OIL.  DO  NOT PLACE AROUND SMALL CHILDREN OR PETS.  USE PRECAUTION WHEN CHANGING OR FLIPPING REEDS. IF OIL GETS ON SKIN OR IN EYES RINSE IMMEDIATELY. SEEK CONSULTING IF NECESSARY.
